Corporate Reputation – Risks from the Bribery Act

The seminar will focus on how to identify and manage reputational risks and issues, verify the impact of these issues and link with adequate procedures guidance to enforce anti-corruption, the impact of the Bribery Act and consequences for corporates which do not implement the right processes to manage it.
