The role of the Senior Insight Analyst (SIA) is focused on production and delivery of alva’s Insight reporting. The SIA ensures that the analysis contained in every single Insight deliverable is best-in-class, that it makes use of our latest innovation, that it efficiently and effectively answers the customer’s questions and that it meets alva’s internal style, language and visual guidelines.

As a Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the content creation and delivery of alva’s insight services. This will involve the quantitative analysis of large volumes of data and the visualisation of this data using graphs and charts and the identification and explanation of the factors behind the data.

The role of the Data Analyst is to improve the quality of alva’s data through proactive projects and by reacting to internal and external feedback. The Data Analyst will collaborate with multiple functions across the business to systematically identify and address areas of improvement, including working with developers and data scientists.

You will play a critical role of driving revenue growth in alva. You will carry out a strategic business development role, which involves building relationships and uncovering opportunities within assigned key accounts. You will position the unique value proposition of alva by leveraging your knowledge of your clients’ business.

As a Senior Sector Consultant, you will be a vastly experienced technical reputation specialist; a master in the complex methodology underpinning our algorithmic technology, fluent in the needs and challenges of C-level communications professionals and a sector expert in your own right.
