New services will build reputation analysis into day-to-day business processes
Alva today launched the In Sight Automotive, the first of its new range of corporate reputation analysis services.
The services are designed to allow organisations to build reputational risk assessment and analysis into their day-to day business processes to ensure reputation is managed in the same way as any other business asset.
The In Sight Automotive is a sector-based report drawn from traditional and social media. Delivered daily and weekly on a subscription basis, the service provides organisations in the Automotive industry with a unique overview of the issues, trends and risks behind the news and social media chatter. Alva In Sight for the Energy & Utilities and Financial Services sectors will follow shortly, with 32 industry sectors planned in total.
“In an economy where intangible assets such as brand equity, intellectual capital and goodwill, can contribute up to 80% of a company’s market value, reputation management is a vital component of any boardroom strategy,” said Alberto Lopez, CEO and founder of Alva.
“I want every CEO and Corporate Affairs Director to be able to equip their organisation with the tools to effectively analyse and manage their corporate reputation. Our range of reputation analysis services will firstly inform organisations of the emerging issues in their sector, then deliver a near real-time dashboard to analyse and manage their reputation and additionally provide specialist consultancy services.”
Forthcoming Alva services will include:
Alva: In Depth – An online, analytical tool that aggregates and analyses vast quantities of reputational intelligence to produce a near real time, detailed dashboard of an organisation’s reputation.
Alva: In Research – Delivers bespoke sector research on demand for campaign, event or crisis reporting.
Reputation Management Consultancy – Specialist advice in the areas of Reputation Diagnosis, Reputation Risk Management and Reputation Enhancement.
The Alva Reputation Forum – An invitation-only, sector-specific forum for senior reputation practitioners to continue their professional development and expand their network.
